We offer refunds for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees!
You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The refund does not include the amount paid for shipping. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.  

FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR  DEFECTIVE?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our
best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!

 

WHAT IF I PAID IN INSTALLMENTS WITH SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay purchases are subject to MOYA MANIA’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit
Only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment.

If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Shop
Pay installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
